This branch is good no rush and fast service

It's easy to located about other services, like appointments and how they assist their customers I don't have idea but I'll give 5 star I'll update u more next time 😉

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the distinguished service I receive from Ms. Noura Bawazir, an employee in the Elite Expert branch. I believe that she deserves to be the distinguished employee. I wish her success always.

I want to thank the Al Maqam FAB branch in Al Ain and their staff for all the help and support they provided regarding my FAB credit card issue, which was delayed by the FAB management and AtYourService team. Their endless efforts provided faster resolution, and I cannot thank them enough for this. Much appreciation.

This ATM doesn't exist. Someone needs to delete all this scam links. The closest ATM will be in Al Quoz, Sheik Zayed Road

Extremely worst experience of fab customer care number service without agent

I had account in NBAD. The service there was great. Ever since they joined with FGB and became FAB, there was not even a single transaction that ever went smooth. Very poor service. There 4 or 5 customer service counters. But only one of them working with a long que pending. Very dissapointed

Even though the que is just 2 people the waiting time is simply more . Need to wait in que 15-20 minutes to just attend you. They need to upgrade or speed up their work

Very slow service. Waited for 1.5 hours for opening one account still they have not called the number. I have also asked for a feedback or complaint book they said they don't have one. Spoke to manager he also said the same. They served 2-3 customers who came after me. Finally I didn't open account and informed manager. Highly disappointed with the service.
