Dear Sir/ Mam, My EIB BANK has already clearly confirmed that the settlement team from will personally collect the NLC (No Liability Certificate- 233842637061) on my behalf. Mr. Muhammed Ali ,it is extremely concerning that you do not even understand the correct internal process of your own bank. Every single time you provide incorrect information, create confusion, and handle the matter in the wrong way. Because of your repeated mistakes and lack of coordination, I have suffered months of delay, financial loss, and mental stress. This is not a small issue — this is pure negligence and unprofessional conduct. I am tired of being misled and given wrong directions. Learn your bank’s process before advising customers and stop creating further damage. I expect immediate correction, proper action, and no more misinformation. Enough is enough. Regards, Pradish Lama

I usually don't Post on Social Media , But my latest experience with FAB was the worst ever banking experience. Very Poor customer service support, lack of responsibility and expertise with no decision making process. Claims drag from month to months and nobody cares. I have a claim against the bank that's is dragging since Sep 2025 and till date , no resolution, and I discovered later that the Customer service rep and Branch manager who were looking into my file vanished and are no longer working with the bank and I am referring to the FAB Reem mall Branch. what a shame !!!!!

In my experience, FAB has completely ruined my credit report with a wrongful remark, and the most shocking part is their absolute silence and irresponsibility. Despite multiple complaints, follow-ups, and visits, there has been no correction, no update, and not even basic communication from their side. It feels like once they make a mistake, the customer is left to suffer while the bank shows zero accountability. A financial institution that can damage someone’s creditworthiness and then refuse to address it is beyond unacceptable. If this is how FAB handles genuine issues, then customers should think twice before trusting them with anything. I expected professionalism, but all I received was negligence, stress, and complete disregard for customer welfare. FAB seriously needs to fix its processes and treat customers with the respect and urgency they deserve.

FAB FAB offers a wide range of banking services and products, and I do appreciate the convenience and stability the bank provides. My experience has been mostly smooth for day-to-day transactions. However, customer service can be slow at times, and some fees or terms could be clearer. Overall, it’s a decent bank if you’re looking for variety and reliability, but there’s still room to improve the support experience.

My debit card is due to expire this month. When I called customer service, I was informed that a replacement card had been “released” two months earlier without my request or notification. I was also told that Aramex had tried to contact me, which I never received by call or email. • The agent assured me the card was no longer valid and would place a new request, which I agreed to. He confirmed I would receive it within a few days. • I even postponed my travel plans waiting for the card. • When I followed up a few days later, another customer service agent told me no such request existed. • I went in person to the branch, where the teller placed a new order and instructed me to collect the card from Aramex, which I did. He also assured me it would be activated and linked to my account app automatically. • However, after leaving the country, I discovered the card had disappeared from my app, leaving me without access. • When I called customer service again, I was rudely told that my car
