I had a great experience on FAB One Tower staff. They are very accommodating and very soft spoken. Planning to transfer my accounts to this branch. Will definitely see more of the good staff in the coming years.
FAB 1 tower staff are very welcoming and helpful specially Ms. Ayesha Al zaabi. The service is really fast and smooth. Highly recommended.
When u go for reinstatement of limit, they discourage n ask u to go for a new credit card. Post submitting the application n documents, there’s no receipt given to customer. Absent minded customer service mgr (I had to remind him to return my passport which he had taken for getting a photocopy) Wanted to pass on the feedback to Branch manager but he/she not accessible. Rather the assistant outside his cabin spoke to me but in a very much defensive manner. Hope FAB improves their services.
