First visit to FAB HO…. Poor management!!! worst customer care!!! worst service!!! never again to FAB… Very rude behavior of staff. Especially teller section. For a small inquiry of 5 minutes I had to wait almost 2 hours. 1 teller for almost 20 to 30 customers.…its very clear bank doesn’t respect the time of their customers…they don’t respect customers at all…in-spite of waiting that much time when I wished teller Good Morning Teller didn’t even had the courtesy to at least wish back. Teller just rudely asked me ‘what you want, tell fast. Very rude in asking documents also. As if we are some beggars…you are keeping our money and what we are asking to return it, not the other way around. my kind advise to the management and the staff “go back to your text book and understand who, what and why there is a bank”.

I was open 2 acc in one day at same time but one of working and second one is not working then o make a complaint against that thy said it will be sort out within tow t three working days in May app its showing it will be complete until 16 December 221210323566 really very cheap banking

I’m going to cash my cheque in FAB after waiting of 20 minutes reach the counter Ladies at the reception in the Morning worst behaviour they really don’t know about their work moreover they are very rude they feel that they are entertaining and paying the people from their own pocket. Never smile no customer service behaviour at all. Worst experience I believe management should take action about them. ?

If there's something less than one star this bank should have very poor management por customer service customer complaints are not even properly reviewed nand can be closed with careless also they can change any policy without contacting the clients

My sincere advice to everyone reading this, please never ever deal with First Abu Dhabi Bank. They are the worst in customer service. God forbid if you have any missed payments or credit card settlements with them. Their collections team will hunt you down as if you were a thief and mentally torture you until you lose your mind. The entire collections team has 0 politeness and talk like paid thugs! The worst bank ever!
