I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Fatima, the Branch Manager at Mashreq Bank, for her outstanding professionalism and support. After more than two weeks of delays without any progress due to mishandling by Mr. Salah from customer service, my request was unfortunately going nowhere. However, once Ms. Fatima stepped in, she handled the matter with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. She understood the issue immediately, took full responsibility, and ensured my request was completed in record time. Her leadership, responsiveness, and customer-focused approach truly reflect the level of service a reputable bank should provide. I greatly appreciate her dedication and support. The very limited number of deposit machines in Abu Dhabi is causing pressure on the main branch. Mashreq Bank, if you decide to adopt a digitalization policy and reduce the number of branches, you must increase the number of machines in different locations. As customers, we suffer from this problem. There was a deposit machine in Al Khalidiyah Mall that you removed without explanation, forcing us to travel long distances to deposit our money into our accounts. This is unacceptable from your esteemed management. l

Mashreq bank has lost its former glory and closed most of their branches. My experience with this Abu Dhabi main branch was poor because they do not follow the ticket number that they issued. My advice is to ignore the ticket number that you receive and start to queue behind whichever counter that is serving anyone (usually only 1 out of 3 counters). With some luck, few good officers who are roaming around will ask you your status and help to expedite your request. Average 1.5 hours to get served. To Mashreq, the layout of this branch’s customer service area is not helping, better change to the classic layout like other banks with proper counters and queue numbering call by system.

Truly terrible bank. No customer service whatsoever and the chatbot is useless: doesn't get anything right and never ever connects you with a life agent. It has also multiple hoax going on, for example I have to fight for a long time for them to honor the opening award for bringing your salary to the bank and the 6.25/5% NEO account promotion is not inaccurate. Any way really disrespectful people and completely impossible to get in touch with them. Hopefully they will go bankrupt soon.

My earlier experiences with Mashreq Bank were not very positive, however, I am pleased to note a significant improvement in service quality. I visited the Abu Dhabi branch today, and the experience was efficient, professional, and well managed. The turnaround time was remarkably fast, and the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness. A special thanks to the lady at the reception, who was extremely helpful, welcoming, and ensured my visit was smooth and pleasant. It is encouraging to see Mashreq Bank actively enhancing its customer experience. Based on my recent visit, I am confident in giving a five-star rating and truly appreciate the positive progress made by the team.
