2,242 currency exchange businesses in 66 cities across 48 countries. Each city page ranks its shops by verified Google rating, shows which are open right now in local time, and — where we hold live corridor data — the mid-market rate every board rate in that city should be measured against.
A city is only listed here when at least eight of its money changers carry opening hours or a real customer rating. Anything thinner is not a page worth landing on.

Before you change money anywhere
- Know the mid-market rate first. It is the rate banks trade at with no margin. Without it you can only compare one shop's board to another's, and on a tourist street both can be 6% off.
- Ask what you receive in hand, not what the rate is. A good rate with a commission is a bad deal wearing a disguise.
- Never change at the airport or your hotel beyond the taxi fare into town. Those counters price captivity.
- Consider not carrying cash at all. A card with no foreign-exchange loading settles at or near mid-market, which almost no walk-in counter matches.
