Today I went this United Arab Bank for opening a new Bank account of this branch. It was a lovely & amazing experience. They work with realization. They collaborated with friendly. They smoothly delivered which I want. I really appreciate about United Arab Bank.

Terrible experience with this bank. During account reactivation after renewal of Emirates id.. A lengthy form is sent, after filling and sending it and providing all documents.. They refuse to renew the account as I don't have a PO box number. Even after 6 emails it is not done and my account was blocked. This happened just when I was about to travel outside country. As account was blocked ended up borrowing money from friends. It was a nightmare. Customer service blankly refused to help. Another issue is.. Even in this day and age... Can't use the debit card to make online payments. Strongly recommend not to enrol.

This bank is so awful and service is awful i have been trying to reactivate my account for more than 15 days and still not done. I see why no one from those i know holds a card from this bank anyway, i advice everyone to stay away from this bank and just go for ADCB or ADIB

Khalifa branch Abu Dhabi Submit any request bank don’t care and until you contact bank don’t give any information about the request Neither by call nor by email Bank have to understand their responsibility and care for the customers Bank need proper training for understanding their customers need and urgency
