I initially had a very disappointing experience with my previous loan officer, who failed to provide updates and didn’t even inform me that my loan application had been canceled. I had to wait for a week and personally check with the bank to find out what happened. Fortunately, Mr. Karthy assisted me afterwards, and the experience completely changed for the better.
