Worst customer service!!manager and assistant manager not minding there customers!No proper etiquette! This is for abu dhabi mall branch review!!Worst!!!!!Unprofessional people should not be working in this kind of job.They need re assessment from the CEO.

It's been more than 13days that I haven't got my debit card , I even called customer service twice. First customer service said that he already sent mail to Mirdiff City centre branch for issuing my card, I even told that guy that iam leaving for emergency leave and he said he would look forward but still no any response. Ihave to pay bills and room rent. Very bad customer service ,please don't give false hope..

I think, they have lost their reputation. If you need any clarification, you have to wait for a long time (I was waiting for more than an hour) to get a reply that I have to contact customer service center. Seriously, I lost my control.

Every 2 months I’m getting message that my documents are expiring and my account will close. Last time with my visa and Emirates ID that is valid for 2 more years I went to this branch and presented copies. I was reassured that this will not happen ever again but obviously I got the message again today. In the time when banks are trying to protect their customers from online fraud you are asking me to upload my documents every 2 months for no obvious reason. I honestly have no words for the level of incompetence. Every time I speak to help desk or branch manager I don’t get any assistance. If anybody is planning to open account and reading this please don’t. There are so many banks in the UAE where staff actually can help.
