Worst experience, customer care no is chargeable and it keeps on repeating the menu option , if you are a customer, there is no option to talk to a representative. If you select non customer option system will give you one options after wasting lot of time and once you will select it , you will be informed that it is a wrong selection , really frustrating. They will increase your card limit without you asking for it and then it becomes very difficult to close the card .

One of the worst service providers in banking sector, infact one of the leading, I guess. I took a waiting coupon number, and waited for 45 minutes before being attended and the bank was literally empty as I was the only one waiting while 2 counters are empty and teller counter which has 3 staff and completely no customer to attend!!! And for only getting bank statement and after that we asked for cheque book, guess what, they ask to get another number ?. I personal evaluation, the entire staff and the branch manager are lacking customer service efficiency and time management and they seriously need help. Thank you to Ammar Razaz who actually the only one who showed responsibility and proactive by asking if he could help atleast and even went with us to the ATM to get cheque book which again ATM got faulty. Ammar Razaz you are the best and asset to the bank and hope this review will reach to senior.

There is no point of having a customer care no. Cause it never functions. I doubt they have a customer care representative as they never answer back.

One of the worst service providers in banking sector. I was repeatedly sending service request for several times and the customer service team is not able to close the request. I requested for an eligible service Not a service which requires any special aproval but still they are not able to close the service request. Such a wonderful service. Wish you all the best. Keep it up.
