My experience with FAB has been extremely disappointing, especially when it comes to customer service. For a major bank in the UAE, I expected professionalism, efficiency, and clarity — but unfortunately, I encountered none of that. Customer support is difficult to reach, and even when you manage to get through, the assistance is often unhelpful and lacking in proper follow-up. Simple issues take far too long to resolve, and there seems to be a lack of coordination between departments.
