The staff are tring their best ... am one of bank clients ... the service actually is moody ... they are goood but leak to professionalise sometimes .. Yeah sometimes am struggling to get my things done ... every time there would be different reason .. however the best thing is the minm. amount of the bank account. I do recommend to build a really froendly applocarion for both company and individuals like ADCB AND ADIB bank because this would attract more clients however their service level is ! Bank location is in Airport road ... and there is one in Mussfah ... only 2 branches in Abu dhabi :) One more thing... they are available until around 3 pm .. 2 or 3 i think ..

Today i felt very bad from the executives I never had this much bad experience from any of other banks in uae, first of all teach them how to treat customers, how to provide proper service in a unique way to each and every customers & the service was very bad and slow aswl. Peoples were waiting in the q; never gets proper service coz executives call their preferred guys and close up the cases.(especially 1st counter.

The worst deal in my life, in order to recover a bank guarantee, they issued me a check with a different name and of course the cashier refused to cash it to me, of course the issue is a challenge and the manager is arrogant and very bad in dealing, raises his voice saying the soul of the court complain!!! Of course, the form of this bank operates in the courts. And their manager was shouting loudly asking me to apply a court case so I think this bank operates by the courts.

The reception is excellent and the staff's treatment is very wonderful to the customers and a special thanks to the branch manager, Mr. Ali Talib, who strives to help and make customers happy
