The worst customer service ever I have seen in the bank sector! Counter no 11 (Head Teller) approached me in very unprofessional way! First of all he didn’t listen to me & he didn’t give any help, showing to me his colleague beside him counter no 9 (teller), moreover the office beside branch manager he invited me to discuss on his office & asking me what happened, I told to him your colleague doesn’t support the customers, showing his up nose & rude behavior, simply I left his office & telling that you cannot speak to customers on this way, you should get brief from your superior how to treat the customers! Finally I am going to clear everything from this bank & never look back to this bad customer experience! By the way they need training for communication skills & problem solving. I would like to highlight the customer service for Mr. Saeed counter no 3 (Personal Banking) he was very helpful & gave me good advices how to fulfill my request. And counter no 9 (teller) asked me for some drinks & coffee, very good behavior (better than head teller). I request to the bank to check the CCTV between 10:35 & 10:55
