Please pick up the phone!!! It takes nothing to pick the phone, it’s very frustrating for your customers
"Dealing with the Dead" your calls will not be answered, people are sleeping at work place, incase you get lucky and they pick your call then they will make themselves busy and ask you to call back because they cant talk now. I dont even know why they exist here in UAE. Employees are spoiling bank's name and Sudan's reputation.
The atm of this bank has deducted my balance but didn’t cash out from atm
