While my overall experience with FAB Digital Banking has been poor due to long delays and the lack of clear resolution, everything was finally resolved thanks to Mr Yamen at Counter 4. He is a truly outstanding banker, diligent in his work, empathetic, and genuinely makes life easier for customers. I say this confidently because I have seen other customer reviews about him, and they are all accurate. The world needs more people like Mr Yamen who care deeply about their work and treat customers with respect. FAB Bank should be very proud to have him. He took the time to listen carefully to my concern, understood the situation quickly, and provided me with a clear and effective solution right away. 4 stars for the staff at the bank. Specially the lady at the teller counter and her manager. Polite and helpful. It would have been 5 star if I did not have to face the inconvenience of going to the bank to Transfer funds from my account.
