I had a great experience at the FAB branch in Mall of the Emirates. A special thanks to Ms. Fatiha Najm for her kindness, professionalism, and support. She helped me resolve an issue that had been bothering me for days, and she did it with great patience and a friendly attitude. Truly appreciated.

We went there to solve or withdrawal manually in war situations. When digital transactions were not working. It was crowded as a vegetable market on peak time. But loved they way the branch manager himself was helping himself to the people needs.

I visited the FAB Mall of the Emirates branch yesterday to open an account. Despite the long queue and many tokens ahead of me, the experience was incredibly smooth and stress-free, all thanks to a standout staff member named Fatiha Najmi. Fatiha was proactive and went around asking every customer how she could assist them. Since all the regular counters were occupied, she went the extra mile and arranged for me to be assisted in the Branch Manager’s office so I wouldn't have to wait. Her friendliness, energy, and dedication to customer service are truly commendable. While the service from Fatiha was 5-star, I did notice that the branch is extremely busy. To maintain this level of excellence and support hardworking staff like her, I believe the bank should consider hiring more staff members to handle the high volume of customers. Huge thanks to Fatiha Najmi for her exceptional help. FAB is lucky to have someone like her on the frontline!

Huge thanks to Mariem Mahmoud and the branch manager at FAB MOE Branch! Even with a negative balance, they were so nice and dedicated in helping me close my account. My account was officially closed in just one week, smoothly and without any issues. Truly excellent service!

Excellent service at counter number 4 ,mall of the emirates Fab branch , what a great customer service from Mr Muhammed Qamar Uddin who really welcomed me with a smile after getting my token and helped me with my cash withdrawal since I can’t access my fab application . He was very accurate first and polite. I highly recommend this branch for quick service
