am very disappointed with the service at HSBC Bank. I tried to make a payment through the ATM, the transaction failed and the machine did not return my money. I had to go to a branch to sort it out, but their complaints service wasn’t working there. I’ve been trying to reach the customer service line for two days now – waiting more than 30 minutes each time and no one answers. It feels like there is absolutely no customer support. Very poor service and a complete lack of care for customers.
No help at all! I went there to ask options but all the guy did and said to me, “no, you can’t. You can’t have your money. Go to the main branch” I’m asking where is the main branch and he to me that I can google it. What a waste of time!!! I will never ever use this bank once I got my money. From chat support to in-person, they don’t know what they are doing!!! That guy in MOE is very rude!! I didn’t even get his name. He’s an old guy. Maybe lebanese or idk. With green eyes. I hate this bank!!! The worst!!!
