Hemant Baokar at the FAB Sheikh Zayed Road branch provided exceptional client services. The account opening process was streamlined and very well explained. Indeed, this was the best banking experience I have encountered in many years. I highly recommend Mr. Baokar and FAB for all your banking needs.

Unfortunately no way to give a 0 star score. Review is given not to SZR branch itself (where however I have opened bank account) but to the ‘customer service’ of the bank in general. - opened a bank account along with a mortgage early 2025 - despite eligible as an Elite customer, I haven’t been assigned a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for about 8 months. And despite countless requests. - had an issue in summer, a technical glitch clearly accountable to the bank, with an automatic debit on a credit card for which, after 6 month, I still haven’t received an acceptable feedback (and most important, the due refund to the charges I was inappropriately given). - consequent endless and countless phone calls and emails. No decent responses to emails; speaking on phone to the regular customer service is just a waste of time. - went finally to SZR branch and a Director (!) told me, among others, that I was not eligible of a CRM, which instead was clearly stated on the ‘welcome’ communicat

Today I visited the FAB Sheikh Zayed Road branch because the online banking system was down and I needed to withdraw money from my account. When the staff checked my account, I was very surprised when he informed me that only about 20% of my total balance was showing in the system. This was alarming because I never made any transactions or withdrawals that would reduce my balance. Fortunately, I had SMS notifications from FAB confirming the interest credited to my savings account and my salary credit, which clearly showed the correct balance amount. I presented these messages to the staff, and without further questioning, he proceeded to issue my withdrawal. This situation is very concerning and unacceptable. A customer should not experience such a discrepancy in their bank balance, especially when there were no transactions made. If I did not have the SMS proof, this could have caused serious issues. I hope FAB investigates this matter seriously and ensures that their system reflects
