Commercial Bank of Dubai Al Quoz Branch 733 First Gulf Bank Metro Station

Extremely poor customer service. Opening a bank account - staff is unable to commit to a meeting time nor respond to inquiries.

Its not specifically for call centre but to alquoz branch, the person sitting in cabin no 8 gave us information that customer care can help us identify the branches which have available safety locker, however Customer care have no information as communicated to us on the call. I am an account holder at CBD and 6 months pregnant- i wasnt expecting a service with fake fraud advice from the al quoz branch. They could easily call the other 2 or 3 branches and check which one have the slot available. Instead now i have to visit one by one all the branches which have the safety locker option. Very much disappointed with CBD ALquoz branch.

Very bad experience from the costumer service. They don't want a costumer to join there bank. Iam not going to join in CDB I will tell my friends also tell about my experience.

Horrible experience with customer service and with the speed of processing anything. They don't respect your time which means that they don't place any value into you as a client. Highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. You will waste a lot of time and you won't really get any benefits. There are better banks in the UAE.

This bank is absolutely horrendous. The customer services is vitually nil despite being an Elite customer. I asked for Mortgage liability letter which took 10 days and when I collected to my surprise 4 days had passed and i was left with 3 days and its Eid. Normally it should be issued in 3 to 4 days and valid for 14 dayz. Charged to 80 dirhams for nothing. Daylight robbery. Operational Manager didnt care and had no clue of these processes involved. Dont bank with them. I am glad I will be moving my mortgage to another bank. I will actually severe all my ties eventually. Keep away from them.
