Poor in Digital services First thing. I have been trying past several months ago to get access to check my account but I can't check it from out of country which is so disappointed. that's the reason i don't want to send money to my account which i can't check from abroad that money deposited to my account or not. Second. Regarding internet banking i activated just for one reason that i can check my account out of country and unfortunately i forgot password i tried 3 times after its blocked and i can't recover forgotten password without finger print verification which is so funny because i need to book flight to come pakistan for finger print verification lol 3rd. I have registered on MCB live after process completed next requirements to call for activation when i call customer service representative ask me my details i give all accurate details and in the last they excused that i have to call only from my registered mobile number with bank not from any other number and i have tried to call from my registered number it's not responding again i call to customer service representative to tell that call is not connected from that number and they said then we can't activate your service wow Last thing about MCB regarding digital services is very very disappointed and i will close my account from this bank and move to another bank which provide good and user friendly experience in digital services

So I recently opened Roshan Digital account in MCB bank and i really regret opening an account with a bank with such bad services, they don’t even have mobile application and the website is too slow , i made a transfer and its been 5 days the transfer is not yet done im constantly calling them making complaints emailing them but there is no response at all, Even the number provided for on google for dubai office is incorrect. Really disappointed.

One of the kachra banking system. iam living abroad and i try many time for my debit card that they blocked with out any reason and issue a new card now they saying collet from branch what a worriest system they have. even not delivered card in my home address . alwys giving fake information and branch number 0069 never attended the call and call center alwys giving new lollipop. don't open bank account in this kachra system
