I had an excellent experience at this branch. Ms. Safya Al Hattali, the bank teller, was exceptionally professional, courteous, and efficient, assisting me seamlessly with my request. I would also like to commend Mr. Zaki, the security officer, for his attentiveness, intelligence, and respectful demeanor. Both of them contributed to making my visit smooth and truly pleasant. Even during peak hours, they handled everything with remarkable patience and professionalism.
