The branch is clean, the customer service is excellent and fast. Thank you to the manager, Noura; I had a problem and she resolved it quickly and efficiently. Excellent management.
Our company hold an account in FAB and I have 1 or 2 monthly visit to FAB Shahama Branch to withdraw cash and some other teller services. Ms. Aaesha is always very helpful, whenever I need any assistance. She goes beyond her normal duties to make my visit pleasant and productive. This branch suits me as it does not have long queues if you go early morning. Thanks FAB team

Zero stars. Your app is down. You have only 1 teller to do the transaction for 1000 customers. No one is stepping in to support. I have waited 1:46min just to do a local transaction … Would never recommend anyone your bank.
