The worst customer service here. So many staff yet q system not moving at all. One customer could take more than an hour. Employees seems not knowledgeable. They see you waiting, yet they are busy with other things!! I'm not sure uf this issue with all DIB or just this branch.
I'm here a new customer in UAE. My friends told me dib is very good bank. That's why I want to create a bank account in Dubai Islamic Bank. How can I find you...?
The bank manager (please note the date of comment) not even respecting the customers and rude attitude. I will not recommend this branch anymore.
Worst service. I will never consider revisiting this branch ever. Zero star! Poor customer service , there is no proper management or decently knowledgeable staff . We are in 2019 kindly benchmark with leading retail banks so we customers can be surved well
I feel all the dubai Islamic banks where the staff is women is a disaster. After running away from the Ibn Battuta branch and thought Deerfields mall is better , gosh it’s like the ladies are just trained to work in slow motion. Pace of a sloath? and it’s always empty chairs with no staff working!
