Not even worth 1 star, Useless call center, that never attends calls even we wait for hours. Poor customer service. In Google, they mentioned DIB office in Mall is open till 8 pm, When I went there, the receptionist is saying that for customer service or any other services other than a loan, the timing is till 4:30 pm. Because you don't care about customer service, you're open till 8 for loan applications, which means you only need a customer for a loan. Then why in Google its showing open till 8 pm? If they are following such criteria, they should mention them on the website. And she is saying that you could have come after confirming by call, what call? , your useless call center never received calls. First time seeing such a poor service bank in UAE. I am posting their timing, it will be helpful to others.

Very slow service , not responding , the staff keep talking to each other for personal things , some staff keep talking in the phone over half an hour. Disappointed place. Please respect the valuable time of the people.#valueoftime

Worst ever service branch. Only one teller service counter in the morning. Waited for 1hour plus and still waiting for just a bank statement. This is not absolutely going backwards in banking. Innovate a better way to get the service or have more counters open. You can’t have one teller counter open at your opening house for 2hours. Very disappointing. On top of it I spoke to an agent the urgency of the document and he told me “just wait” we have only one counter…. No courtesy for the customer… Dubai Islamic Al wahda branch Train your team, on how to handle and communicate with your customers. It’s not rocket science to manage such situation. I hope someone is listening.

Very pathetic services branch timings are up to 8pm but security guard not allow me to go inside because already so many customers are inside And she said come tomorrow...seriously?? What kind of customers are inside that stay till evening??..... Should improve the customer services and better give some respect also to their account holders

Poorest customer service you can ever found in uae bank sector and the branch manager as not taken responsibility about people waiting on the queue. When i ask him about the fallow service he said this is very normal for us.
