Waited almost 1 hrs with my ticket number and I did not get served. Everytime a new customer came get served before us they told me they are vip clients, since that branch is surving vip first and ignoring other customer then you could name it as a vip branch only and don't waste other customer time.

One of the most pleasant banking experiences I've ever had. DIB offer various solutions to multiple problems and has a wide-range of services offered. At this particular branch, the customer service is fantastic. Even being greeted by a friendly security gaurd who helps you to locate your desired services. The wait times are quick and even on the busiest day, one can expect to be helped quickly. I personally would reccomend Ahmed for both business and personal banking needs. He is very well versed and up to date on the most current solutions available to support customers. Ahmed was also available during afterhours to answer any questions or concerns, and it was greatly appreciated. He is honest, helpful, and commited to giving customers multiple and suitable options for meeting your banking needs.

Useless, more customer service counter but presently working 2 counter also systems server down , a very bad experience with dib ,every one minute will important for as but get a long time to reach, bullsed?????????????

If the branch favors locals only with VIP tokens, you should mention that on the main door. It took me 2 hours to wait in the queue when the bank timing finished.

Went to open an account, offered no information on various services offered. Submitted my documents, weeks go by, no follow up or care. Normal banks have offers for people joining! Employees here don't even care! This was me trying to open an account, imagine how their service will be when I actually need help?
