A very wonderful bank and classy employees in dealing and the task is accomplished with ease and skill??
One of the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. The sheer disrespect of the services is beyond me. I was dealing with someone else when some employee named Maryam decided to disrespect me and was yelling which left me in shock, the way the the team handled it was extremely unprofessional as well. I do not recommend you come to this branch or especially deal with the likes of Maryam. If I could rate it lower than a star I absolutely would.
Bad service, Manager is inconsistent with the Policy for processing Telegraphic Wire Transfer. Today we sent Telegraphic Wire Transfer request that we have been doing with ADCB for the Past 2 years with same wordings, with different branches. But he rejects. FOR the reason that he felt its confusing. Our currency is AED. If we mentioned Foreign Currency Transfer in the paper, that means you are supposed to transfer into other currency other that of AED.
I m veey mich satisfy with the nranch and staffs are very supporting and helpfull.
