Today’s experience at ADCB in the Galleria Mall was phenomenal. The Bank Teller Maria gave exceptional customer service. Additionally, she guided me through a difficult transaction and made it easy for me to accomplish. I will most definitely come back for future banking needs.

1 star because no option for 0. Worst ADCB Branch experience. Had to wait 35 minutes for Guest relations officer to attend whereas the token said 0 minute waiting. No other customer in front of me but still all of the team was busy processing documents. It took officer 60 minutes to open an account. Unacceptable service delivery. Worst part is even after spending more than 95 minutes, account was opened with wrong name. I don't know what security checks, documents verification was done as the name of the account holder is incorrect. High time for customer service refresher training for the team in this branch.

Galleria mall branch is very good location and also easy to reach without parking problem very convenient also staff are very friendly and very kind and good service , one of best branch of the ADCB .

No follow up after my loan finished. Contacted the bank and told I have to appear in person at a branch to release the completed loan against the car then go to the motor department to clear the loan also. Another time wasting exercise of inconvenience.
