This is my fourth time visiting this branch this week and it has been a terrible experience. I came earlier this week at 7 & 8 pm to open a bank account, but I was told there wasn’t enough staff to assist me. I was then informed to come earlier because the branch operates until 9:30 pm and there is no enough staff to proceed as there was only one employee. Today, I came at 5:30 PM, well before the 9:30 PM closing time, only to face the same issue. I was told that they couldn’t even provide me with a ticket due to a lack of staff. I spoke to the branch manager twice today and 3 days ago, but he was unable to resolve my issue or provide any assistance. I also explained that I’m unable to proceed with opening an account online, but there was still no solution offered. This lack of service and staff is annoying, and it has left a very negative impression. DIB should address these operational inefficiencies to avoid inconveniencing customers like this.

The worst bank service ever. Even teller services takes for ever. Even though there is no client the numbers dont move.

Very bad service no one respect the customer even the manager I just ask him why im waiting more than one hour he never look at me and he answer I already finished my shift I don’t care and that time it’s around 3 pm and still the shift not finish

I'm normally not someone that complains but i think there should be transparency with opening hours on saturday, 10 - 5pm for all bank services and from 5pm to 8pm only for loan services... drove 45min to be told oooh we only open for loan services were online it doesnt say... update your online so we happy
