Dubai Islamic Bank 19th Street ICAD I Musaffah

This is my first and this will be my last visit in this bank. Because too much waiting my whole day successfully wasted by this bank. I just came only for withdraw money. Waiting for 5 hours still in the queue.working time still no employees is here ...i know no one action that kind of issues.. Don't go Dalma mall DIB branch ?

Only one deposit machine for Dubai Islamic Bank in whole Mussaffah... And that's always not working... If you try to enter bank...they will make you wait for hours... And if you have an arabic attire you will have hustle free experience

This is my first and may be last visit in this branch. None of the staffs having any responsibility towards customers and they keep waiting us for whole day for small issues , we have to visit bank for small things that other banks are providing same services through there mobile banking app nowadays. Yesterday 22/11/2022 I visited there on 11.00 AM and they ruined my whole day and my turn has come on Evening 3.00 PM. This is not at all acceptable since time is valuable for all humans. They are treating expats like slaves and discrimination is clearly visible towards expats. I suggest expats to go some other branch rather than Dalma.

It's ever worst service seen in my life...everyday 20 to 15 people waiting outside of the bank 2 to 3 hours, even we have small work...Branch manager also not responding if we complain....

I was extreamly worried about going to this branch after reading all the reviews. However, I had a fantastic experience. The manager went out of his way to support me and ensured that my request was resolved before I left the branch, calling his supervisors to chase up the release of my money. Excellent service.
