As soon as I entered the branch, I was greeted by Mariyam, which I can only describe as absolutely fantastic. She immediately asked me what my needs are and assisted me through the whole process of making an international transfer with her great colleague Adari. Thanks their professionalism and knowledge the process was fast, seamless and very pleasant. Easily the best branch and bank I have visited in a long time. Big thank you. 10/10

I had a wonderful experience at this branch thanks to Amira. She was incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout my visit, making what could have been a routine banking task genuinely enjoyable. I rarely write reviews, but my experience with the First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) Yas Mall Branch was disappointing enough that it deserves honest feedback, both for future customers and, hopefully, for the bank’s own improvement. 1. First Impressions & Systemic Issues Systemic Issue 1: Before visiting, I saw the branch’s rating: 3.3 out of 5. Not a great sign, but I still decided to give FAB the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, the experience confirmed why the average review is so low. When you look at the overall feedback, it’s either a 1-star or a 5-star rating. The 5-star reviews feel overly sugar-coated, with no real names, photos, or meaningful descriptions, nothing you can actually trust. In contrast, the 1-star reviews are detailed, specific, and clearly based on real experiences. You barely see any 2, 3, or 4-star ratings, which says a lot. I had an excellent experience at the FAB Yas Mall branch. The staff were professional and efficient, but I especially want to highlight Ali at the cashier — he was absolutely amazing. Extremely polite, patient, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to see this level of courtesy and attention to detail these days. His positive attitude made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Truly a credit to FAB’s service standards. Highly recommended branch!

Dear FAB Customer Service, I would like to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your Yas Mall branch. I visited the branch to deposit a cheque into my account. As it was my first time doing this, I asked for guidance, and of office boy advised me to press for the “Elite” privilege. When I reached the counter, I did not feel comfortable with the staff member’s attitude. I explained that I wanted to deposit my cheque, but before even checking it, he told me I had two options: to use the ATM or fill out a form. Since I was unfamiliar with the process, I chose to first ATM because fast . The staff asked the office boy to help me, but we later realized that this type of cheque must be deposited directly into the account. I filled out the form and waited, but the staff member seemed busy and ignored both me . He finally took the cheque and the form and placed them in his office without checking the details. Until now, the cheque has not appeared in my account, and I am worri
