I love this branch and the people that work here! Very helpful and friendly. Although it’s a small branch they are super fast with their services. Everything is vey organized and controlled! I definitely recommend using this ADCB brand instead of the others.

The best customer service I ever had in a bank was in this branch by Mr. Mohammed Khan who was able to assist me with my issue. I was going to close my account with ADCB, but his professionalism and hospitality was just awesome. He did not only managed to keep me with the bank but they have won a loyal customer. Very pleasant, efficient and customer focused team in the Yas Mall ADCB branch. Some of the banks in UAE make the experience torture but this branch is different. Even the security guy is much more customer focused than most. I needed Manager's cheques in a rush yesterday in my role as a real estate agent and Rakesh and Fareedah were superb. All done in 20 minutes and with great accuracy! Many banks take hours or days. Well done - refreshingly great service!
