i would like to share my experience at FAB abu baker al siddiq branch during the ongoing events i went there because the application was down and i needed to send money to my family and i was helped by an employee there his name is ahmed gadallah he was very welcoming and helpful and cheerful i really appreciate his help

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB). On January 8, I visited their Deira branch to close my bank account, which had already been blocked by the bank. Even though the account was inaccessible and I could not perform any transactions because it was blocked by FAB, they continued charging minimum balance fees. As instructed by the branch staff, I cleared the outstanding amount and submitted all required account closure forms on January 8. However, it has now been more than 45 days, and the account is still not closed. There has been no proper feedback or communication from the bank regarding the status of my request. I have visited the branch multiple times, and every time I am told that the request is “in progress.” No clear timeline, no updates, and no resolution. Additionally, FAB’s customer service hotline is one of the most customer-unfriendly services I have experienced. It is extremely difficult to get proper assistance or meaningful answers

Amani from Fab customer service provided amazing customer service. Even as I was waiting earlier, she was fast and professional. She handled the matter smoothly and made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend. Her way and greeting was very professional as banker

I had an amazing experience at the bank. Hanaa Alzarouni was extremely helpful and professional in assisting me with the central banking attestation process. She made everything clear, smooth, and stress-free. Without a doubt, this is the best FAB branch to visit. Highly recommended.
