Went to the drop-in hours to become a customer of the bank right before opening. There was already a line to get in but The employees were waiting to assist everyone and promptly directed each of us to the appropriate place. The employees who helped me were friendly and answered all of my questions. I was able to become a customer that day. The website has information and forms you need to fill out beforehand so do your due diligence and things should go smoothly.
We were visit two times and both times was fast and helpfull service🙂

Long queues - waited almost 2 hours to get help.
Very long wait to get help, about 5 people for me, just when they opened. When I did get help, after just over 1 hour, they couldn't help me because they didn't have any staff from the company inside today, "you have to call our customer service"!?. So when they are open, they don't have any staff on site...
Before my visit, I had been in contact with customer service by phone who asked me to go into their office.
I understood from most of the people who were waiting that this was pretty typical of Swedbank in Uddevalla, long waiting times and few staff.
It seems that many people have the same experience with long waiting times, so maybe it's time to do something about it....
Extremely long queue, have been waiting for more than 1.5 hours and there are still many numbers ahead of me. A full day at the bank was not something I wanted 🥴
Was going to visit you, checked on the website that you were open between 9-12. When I arrived at 10 o'clock there was a note on the door, new opening hours 12-16. I think your service is the bottom, long waiting times once you get in, etc. Dax for tightening up!
An absolutely miserable office. After my father's passing at the beginning of the year, I have during the last six months had a lot of contact with the office to manage the estate, which has not been a fun experience. Didn't get a capital and interest statement sent out so I'm going to the office to get it printed. There you miss the weather paper, which I find out later when contacting customer service. Book an appointment to write over the mortgage. Go to the meeting and hand in all the information, etc. Will be contacted after a few weeks and everything should be ready. I then receive a letter from the inheritance group that they cannot start my case as the mortgage still has not been registered to me. It has therefore been almost two months between the meeting and until I receive the letter. I go to the bank to find out what happened and am told that information must be completed even
