No idea how I'm supposed to visit bank when they are only open during office hours.

Standing in a 20m queue in front of the bank minutes before it’s opening. Some people are ignorant enough to smoke. Let’s see how long it will take to talk a bank employee.

Junior staff, queue system with number tickets, everyone waiting (+20) can listen to your affairs. Short hours and changing closing hour the day before some holidays (online information may be incorrect). Does not handle any cash. If you have the option to go online do so..

Very helpful and kind staff. They answer all the queries. The process to open a new account was quick and easy.

Unfortunately, it's impossible to change dollars to kronas in the bank. Also some ATMs are a bit strange - you can just see your account balance but can't withdraw money.
