It is a good bank in Sweden. It takes two days to open a bank account as soon as you get the ID card. However, they only open several days a week with limited hours. You need to check before going there.
Gg meh moneyzzzz
Was going to visit you, checked on the website that you were open between 9-12. When I arrived at 10 o'clock there was a note on the door, new opening hours 12-16. I think your service is the bottom, long waiting times once you get in, etc. Dax for tightening up!
An absolutely miserable office. After my father's passing at the beginning of the year, I have during the last six months had a lot of contact with the office to manage the estate, which has not been a fun experience. Didn't get a capital and interest statement sent out so I'm going to the office to get it printed. There you miss the weather paper, which I find out later when contacting customer service. Book an appointment to write over the mortgage. Go to the meeting and hand in all the information, etc. Will be contacted after a few weeks and everything should be ready. I then receive a letter from the inheritance group that they cannot start my case as the mortgage still has not been registered to me. It has therefore been almost two months between the meeting and until I receive the letter. I go to the bank to find out what happened and am told that information must be completed even
Worthless!! Opening hours between 9-12 are not possible when you are working. And if you are lucky enough to go there, there are waiting times of over 1 hour! I try to solve my cases both digitally and over the phone but no. As a guardian and co-owner of the estate, cases must be solved on the spot! Terrible, never get this bank.
