I have no idea why this is even called a bank. Hopeless times, feedback, service and customer contact. Lack of legal knowledge in my cases has become apparent later. As a private individual, you want a bank that can be educational and accommodating. Here you are spoken to in a union-like manner that should not be normal for a private individual to understand and without the opportunity for questions and answers. Steer clear. I have now switched to a more local bank and there I got help.

They are happy to charge you to keep your money with them, without interest of course. When you want to borrow money yourself, you are treated like a pauper.

I really wonder what they were thinking when they changed the opening hours to 10-13 every day. Should such a large bank think about its customers. The bank's customers are often those who work and the usual working hours are 8-16, the bank should also have at least one to two days with longer opening hours, for example until 18. I recently switched to Nordea after a lot of positive about the bank, but I think I have to think again. Very bad and hope for change! Nordea customer!

Extremely bad when the office is not open for spontaneous banking matters, will probably change banks in the near future!

Poor website update. Checked opening hours, when I got there there was a note on the door referring to Falun. :(
