Really hard to get in touch, after already established contact and started an agreement, and when we finally do, they talk bad and hang up on us. It is so important to communicate good in this business, and it is also important for us who work so hard for it. I feel betrayed and want to give a low rating.

Just arrived to find locked doors and book only appointment. My new employer paid me with a cheque that needs depositing. Shocked to find only place in ALL Uppsala is downtown with crazy wait. Really shocking Swedbank can't manage to put person in these smaller brache office during normal hours.

absolut incompetent personal. they refused to open account only because I don’t have swedish id card yet. Their own rules and custom service says that it is possible to identificate person with other documents, no problem if without id cort. And I told them about it, but they don’t want to follow their own rules.

The service lady was rude, she didn’t even try to help solving our problem and when we asked when does the city center bank closes she just hang off the ringphone next to the door without any word.
