Weird opening hourse. So many customers in queue. Slow service. It's better to go to other branches.

After being a costumer for over 5 years, I was interested in a mortgage. It took 1 meeting in person (1hour), 1 teams call (1 hour), 23 messages and 1 call to complaint department spread over 2 months and I did not even get an official offer. For reference, we are a couple with two stable incomes and it took Nordea or Länsförsäkringar a couple of hours Trying to close an account, I expect a long journey…

The service was quick, professional and warm. We were really nicely received. As foreigners moving into a new country, it means a lot. So far really happy with this branch services!

The Level Quality Service is Good but could be improved by certain adjustments that would require the use of technology and certainly the bank rules concerning acquisition of bank ID and Swish services (which are SAaS therefore for every customer) should be better regulated IN FAVOR of the customer (cfr the E.U. Bank regulations in matters of customers). There will be a lot less stress and less queue line time. Certain young employees are very professional while other employees are lacking of it. A training in “Dealing with the client”, “Dealing with your colleague” and “Dealing with the stress” should be the best options for this branch’s employees. I do hope for the better. Best regards

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. Recently I went here twice for my bank branch change and credit card application and I was very satisfied both times. Smooth and quick.
