Best service & most flexible private banker according to me who work as private banker elsewhere :-)

An excellent bank across the board! You get personal service here, you can get an appointment to the bank within a few days, questions are answered quickly, things are handled really flexibly and promptly. It has also been easy to discuss loan matters. Here you feel that the customer is more than just sand on the bank floor :)

Very bad service. If you do not know Finnish or Swedish the personal will not help you despite they know English very well. Do not recommend to use this bank if you know only English. Use another bank, save your mood and nerves.

Filled in a form 2 times to be contacted as potential new client. No response. This is not a good start or they are closed for new clients!

Unfortunately, bad style you have. Not even appreciated the customers who have been with you for over 20 years especially in these Corona times. The customers who always pay you on time, even though we ourselves are not as well off as you, you and your expensive fees. We should have listened to what people thought of you and changed banks a long time ago.

ordered securities that were in custody at the Bank of Åland because it involved matters involving a private individual and an estate, and without the private individual's consent, the securities were sent to a shareholder in the estate who is not allowed to receive copies of the securities without our consent. This could be a big reason to change banks.

One star is too many. Really arrogant service, and the Bank of Åland apparently doesn't want new customers unless they can sell you a loan or mutual fund services. I definitely don't recommend it under any circumstances. Absolutely shockingly bad service!
