I have been a client of Alandbank for several years. turned to the branch in Turku with a problem. Bank employees did not help me and told me to solve it myself in Internet banking. They also refused to serve my friends, arguing that they do not speak Swedish or Finnish, although they communicated with me in English without problems. I thought that I should change the bank
I was refused an account at this office. The attitude is boorish.
Completely classless "service". Unfortunately, I can't give less than one star. The matter to be handled is the liquidation of the estate, the Bank of Åland has four-limb brakes on. Five weeks have passed just waiting for someone to be there who understands the matter and for me to even book an appointment to handle the matter. When I inquire about the matter, the attitude is very unfriendly. The entire bank only has six branches in Finland. I have tried to get time to handle the matter from three different branches (Tampere, Turku, Parainen), but all the estate experts are on vacation. Don't die as a customer of the Bank of Åland if you want to save the mental health of those left behind.
