I was at this bank at 2:00 PM, and there was no line at all. I was served quickly and politely by a pleasant bank employee. My wife was able to enjoy the incompetent customer service of S-bank on the morning of Thursday, March 23. The clerk acted with an attitude of "the customer is almost always wrong". She has not experienced anything similar at other banks. Did the clerk have a bad morning or does he have a fundamentally distorted service attitude? Apparently, the bank's position in the S-group is so good that there is no need to worry much about the level of customer service at the service points. Awful service. In order to open a bank acc you have to come with a person who speaks finnish although cashier speaks fluent english. It is called a company policy (apparently now the lesser people bank have the better), which also speaks quite broadly what kind of attitude you will receive in this bank.
