I was at this bank at 2:00 PM, and there was no line at all. I was served quickly and politely by a pleasant bank employee. Even though I'm Russian and don't understand fast Finnish very well, we easily found common ground and resolved my issue. Thank you very much, it was a pleasure talking to you.
