Absolutely worthless, queues are insane, and if that's not enough - apparently, bank offers different services for different time periods - and it's not disclosed anywhere. I waited for so long only for bank clerk to say "sorry, we can't provide that particular service because it's closed now". When all the needed tech for this service up and running right in front of my eyes. Waste of time, I regret being this bank client.

Certain services are available in English, the accountants are very nice.

This bank does offer affordable service! It's just that all of this is possible because the bank's staff is so incompetent. Too many times I've been left waiting at the counter when the receptionist didn't know how to do something on their computer and things haven't been done because of it. For example, housing savings account issues, they've always been completely clueless about them. The bankers are unclear and can't explain things in Finnish. It might be time to change banks. This is a light version of a bank, but not a real bank! I can't recommend it based on my own experiences.
