I visited the branch in Sokos department shop and received excellent customer service from Soile. She was very professional, helpful, and had a lovely attitude. It was definitely the best banking experience I’ve had so far 🙂

At first visit I thought everything will be ok as the teller told me that he did everything like ordering bank credentials ect. Apparently became disaster and I’m so frustrated . But when I came back today Mirkko who used to be my teller whenever I visit the bank is there and luckily was headed to him. He resolved all the issues which supposed to be resolve from the beginning. Mirkko did everything for me paying my bills and withdrawing cash while my bank is totally freeze. Thank you so much Mirkko you’re such so professional, you always advised what is best . Always 15/10 review for you👏👏🤝🤝🙏☝️ so professional and kind, very helpful teller. Your way of listening to the needs of your customer is incredible and the way you handle customer is really satisfying. Again I will always recommend this bank location because of mirkko who used to be a great bank teller. You should be proud because you always satisfy us. I hope you get better place in your career. Racism (???)!!!! Or incompetence?!?!?! I would like to point out that I am already a customer of S-pankki and that I had a very good experience with Viikki point. this morning at 11:00 I had a very sad and disastrous experience with a customer service operator (male) from the s-pankki sokos Helsinki point. I immediately felt the lack of empathy but I decided to overlook it as long as he helped me open a current account for my mother, either connected to mine or independent. my mother doesn't speak Finnish so I went with her to help her. we started the practice and the operator started asking me questions in Finnish (I speak Finnish and English quite well) at a certain point I had difficulty with a question and asked the operator to repeat. I saw him annoyed but he always repeated, speaking quickly and using the same words. I asked for help in translating the words I didn't understand into English and this person refused, telling me that they cannot offer the service or ask questions i
