It one such and much expensive Bank ever just for service monthly they took 8 € and I asked for statement of Bank which cost 5€ I found it deducted 60 € i didn't get answers?????????? The prices it's not logical is that Bank ? Or what Even I called service customers they told this our final fees !!!!

I have been a customer in this bank already few years and can highly recommend them. Really professional and friendly staff who are always eager to find a flexible solution to any situation you might have. I genuinely feel they are on small customer side unlike some of the big banks.

Minuses: No e-service on english. Not calling back by phone. Very problematically to find working time for local offices even on them webpage. Offices always changing location. Problem to take bank card without e-payment, it mean if you lost your card everybody who find it will have a possibility to bye somethink on 20 euros so much times as he can. All other things is very good!
