Attention warning 🚨Be careful there sickness mental health lady working there in customer service she have Dyeing her hair by blonde she is rude and racist very horrible she have no knowledge or educat about customer service she treat customer very bad also she told me she will cut money from my bank account when she want and create invoices when she want she thing herself owner of the bank she thing there is no law she thing we are in zoo she is just working there they put her in rong position rather to listen to the customer and make them happy by solving their problem she react horrible she is unpolite she have to be reported to her boss don’t let your right go speak about your right she use to treat people that way she things everyone it’s same she thing people don’t know the law she can do what she want the way how she said to me she will steal my money it’s big crime she have to go jail for it !!!!!!!!!

My visits have been very different depending on who is helping me. There is a gentleman working at S-Bank who is always very helpful, respectful, and patient. He makes you feel welcome and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Every time I deal with him, it’s a very positive experience. However, I have also had several experiences with another staff member (a blonde woman in a separate office), and unfortunately those have not been good. I have found her to be quite rude and harsh in her way of dealing with customers, which makes the situation uncomfortable. As a customer, it’s important to feel respected, and I haven’t felt that during my interactions with her. Because of this, I sometimes feel like I would rather wait or take another queue number just to avoid being served by her. That is not a good feeling when visiting S-Bank. I believe customer service should be consistent, and it would be very helpful if she could receive training on how to interact with and treat custome

The lady we dealt with on March 5, 2024, with ticket number 39, was extremely racist and rude. When we tried to ask her something, she responded in a harsh and rude tone, saying, "Listen to me noowww." When we mentioned some laws in Finland, she tried to evade the issue by saying, "I don't know them," and "You do as I say." Furthermore, when we pulled out our Prisma bonus card to inquire about it, she said it was no longer valid, forcibly took it from us, and refused to give it back. If I were a bank manager, I would definitely investigate this complaint. This is a bank I would definitely not recommend.
