Employees are nice and professional. Location, management, and company is a circus of clowns. The website doesn’t have English but has Swedish which makes zero sense. Every Swede knows English too. When you use translate on chrome it spams pop ups about how it’s been translated. Their app doesn’t have English in 2024 in an English speaking country. Kids out of high school working at Burger King speak English before Swedish. It makes no sense. The app isn’t even available unless you switch to the Finnish App Store which of course doesn’t support English. Then this location always has some ridiculous line, so very obviously not enough employees working. There’s no front desk to even tell you if you can do your business here. So if you wait an hour you could be told they can’t help you. Currently I haven’t been able to use my debit card for the first time because some insane rules were made where PIN codes can be 4, 5, or 6 and if it’s 6 it’s only on the app and won’t work. A perfectly successful service. As a customer, I felt like my matter was taken care of and that the clerk didn't care. The rooms were really nice and an element that increased information security. However, matters are mostly personal and even sensitive and the rooms brought a sense of privacy and security to talk about your own, for example, IDs, etc. I'm not from the same county, but by chance I was visiting Mikkeli and still the service was first class.
