Wow...I actually didnt know that this branch is open till 18.00 as I am new to Tampere. I got my service done within 5 minutes I got there around 16.30 on a weekday. Did not have to wait in the queue. However, even the website doesn't show up this branch and timing. Better to update. 😀😀

Even one star is much for my experience. I waited in line for more than 3 hours, I still waited until the bank closed and they did not accept customers until 1 hour left, the queue did not change. If you can't get the customers, why do you give them an quene number and keep them waiting for 3,4 hours? It's really ridiculous, you stole my whole day, I will never come to this bank again. Very frustrating

Even one star is too much for those . Older person come from far away to get her/ his account password renewed and this....We are going to switch bank.
