I've been to dozens of banks all over the world. Surely, that the worst bank I've ever seen. Stuff is really rude and don't want to do their job at all. Never seen such high prices in my life

Why don't they hire someone who can speak English fluently?

The lines can be long, so it's a good idea to be there at least an hour and a half before closing time. You couldn't get a queue number after 4 pm, and my wait, which started at 3:45 pm, wasn't enough to get in before closing time at 5 pm in the afternoon rush. I had to come back the next day, but +1 star because the employee recognized me from the previous day and let me go first, and from then on things went pretty quickly.
