The service is absolutely terrible. Their bank has its own rules that apply only to them. Terrible branch. I sat in line for four hours, only to be told at the end that this is not how things are done at their branch; they made up their own rules and smiled.
Forme reason they closed my password to the bank app and I couldn't access to my bank account for 5 days , couldn't pay my rent , bills , food, nothing. my experience with the costumer service was terrible. I changed to another bank. Everyone should do it in my opinion. Because the system of this one really sucks, it's very bad .
I applied in the live queue today at 2:00 PM to activate my henkilökortti. The man did everything clearly and quickly. The service time, including the time in the queue, took half an hour.
Wanted to open an account without appointment in a que. Specialist was commenting negativity multiple times that we don't have an appointment booked beforehand. We had some paper missing and instead of helping or even trying to help person was intentionally trying to get rid of us. Very negative impression of bank customer service. S Bank called to say that your bank account has been closed and your login has been frozen? NO explanation no matter how much I asked. You have to book an appointment at the service point - the appointments took about a month = in Lahti, Holma, Ankkuri and Launeen prisma. IF I were only a customer of this bank, I wouldn't be able to pay my bills for a month - I don't know if the card works, damn it.. so much so that I immediately disabled ABS mobile and S mobile and am going to chop that card up in customer service. YOU CAN'T DO THIS without any reason. The matter went to the entertainment side when I posted feedback to S Bank where logging in is not required. From there, a wise officer gave me a tip to handle the matter by logging in to S Bank or using S mobile to try to solve the problem!
